TISP is currently seeking committed individuals to serve on its committees. To become an active committee member please complete the online Committee Application Form. TISP committee participation is limited to TISP members only.
TISP Codes & Standards Committee
To serve as a national resource for information regarding existing and new codes, standards, and guidelines relating to security/multi-hazard events in the built environment

TISP Educational Outreach Committee
The TISP Educational Outreach Committee serves to expand the knowledge base of critical infrastructure protection through cultivating information-sharing relationships between educational facilities and federal agencies tasked with providing support to the homeland security initiative.

TISP Government Affairs Committee
To increase the visibility of TISP among key Congressional committees and Federal, state, and local agencies by demonstrating the expertise TISP can offer to those making policy decisions on issues impacting infrastructure protection.

TISP Membership Committee
To develop, promote and sustain a total membership program, including corporate sponsors. The Membership Committee will identify potential members and sponsors, review all new membership and sponsorship applications, and coordinate and conduct ongoing membership and sponsorship campaigns. The Membership Committee will assist the Steering Committee in increasing the value of TISP membership by defining the benefits of membership attained through commitment and participation. The committee will also identify potential partnering opportunities to promote TISP membership and will track membership/sponsorship and maintain the membership/sponsorship directory on the TISP website. The Membership Committee will welcome new members and corporate sponsors to the Partnership.

To identify candidates and recommend future TISP officers for approval by the TISP Steering Committee.

TISP Regional Disaster Resilience (RDR) Committee
To promote regional disaster resilience throughout the nation, by developing and promoting flexible, dynamic tools and resources for use by all levels of government and other public and private critical service providers. The committee will also identify best practices to help organizations develop (or improve) regional preparedness plans to address multihazards.
